With grade 2 all of is true, but I do not have any of those
problems in ueb; whenever I write an email in ueb and then read
it when it comes back to me in computer braille, it looks fine,
*, <, and > included.

The default for reading caps with WE is pitch, and I change it to
"cap".
If you write dots 3-5,3-5 followed by a word with no space
between the
asterisk and the word, the asterisk will translate as inin.
Greater-than signs don't translate into proper braille and
neither do
less-than signs.
