Hi all, I installed the dictionary about a year ago. But now I'm
having a problem with it.
When I need to reset my bn, sometimes after I reset it, I get the
following message.
Failed to unlock the dictionary software. Invalid or nonexistent
product key. Try reinstalling the software again. If that fails
please contact your distributor.
Why do I get this message?
Usually I can reset my unit again and I won't get that message,
but sometimes I get the message again a second time and I have to
reset again.
Please help me.
