Hi Richard:

Two things to check:
1) is the option for server authentication set to Yes?
2) Does Quest require SSL connections and if so, does she have this set
up?

Also, what specific error message is she getting?  I'm pretty good at
setting these things up so if you want to give her my help desk number
I'd be glad to try walking her through checking the settings.
