Is anyone out there using Qwest as their ISP with the BrailleNote mPower? I have a client who has spoken many times to Qwest support and Humanware support and gotten nowhere. She has her settings correct according to Qwest, but she cannot send e- mail. She gets an error. She can receive just fine.
