I don't understand why a person living out of state should have to pay sales
taxes. Usually, if I buy something out of state, like WindowEyes, for
example, I don't have to pay tax. HumanWare should be able to give you a
total price--there's no excuse for not being able to do so.
As far as I know, Nevada doesn't have any sales or income tax because the
money comes from the gambling casinos.
