I thought you had to send the BN to Humanware to get the battery changed. Is
this no longer true?

If you can get your counselor to appropriate to you the funds to get
it prepared, I would go that route. Can you tell us what is going
on? There are a few things such as the battery pack, communications
pins, and ports that can be repaired at your local computer store.
You will need more specific in the kind of repairs will be needed.
