If we're talking about the battery, the need to send the unit in

for that could be resolved by changing to a user replaceable
battery
like the Braille Sense has. I recognize this would mean a
hardware
change, but it would be worth it IMO. Sharon is right, you
should only
have HW trained technicians do work on your BN. It's analogous
to
having a mechanic from GE fix your Frigidaire refrigerator, you
just
don't do it.

BTW, this is why places around the country need to have Humanware
trained and licensed technicians able to fix the units.
