Hello listers, I am a new Braille note user and have only had my unit about a month or so. I have a BT32 M-power and am still learning how to use it.
I've noticed that when I charge the Braille note, I'll turn it on maybe two or three days later and the battery has already run down. When I plug it in to charge it again, the unit resets itself and I get a message saying that the dictionary files were not loaded correctly, or something like that. I still haven't had my coffee, so I'm not quite running on all cyllinders. I say this because I'm usually pretty good at copying the error messages, so I apologize if I seem a bit scattered.
