Hello, I'm just catching up on e-mail and came across the notices about the trade-in program concluding at the end of this year. Is this true? With shipment only beginning on December 1, am I to understand potential customers have only a month, and a holiday limited one at that, to maybe see the product demonstrated and make a decision about whether or not the investment is worth it? I would very much like to hear from a company representative to address the question and explain their logic if my understanding is correct.
