What I heard was that the trade-ins weren't going to start until January. I
don't know if we have to sign up to trade in before then. Your best bet
would be to call Humanware and ask them.

I'm just catching up on e-mail and came across the notices about the
trade-in program concluding at the end of this year. Is this true? With
shipment only beginning on December 1, am I to understand potential
customers have only a month, and a holiday limited one at that, to maybe
