Hi Chris, Just to confirm that I was given the exact same information by Humanware Europe. There seem to be quite a lot of differences in the terms of the trade-in from one region to another. For example, I believe Humanware Europe is offering £1050 for an mPower BT 32, and just £350 for a Classic BT 32, whereas in the Australian prices that someone kindly forwarded to the list a few days ago, I noticed that the trade-in value of an mPower was the same as that of an equivalent Classic. Hope I haven't got confused!
