No. The trade in that ends December 31 is for anyone trading in an mPower
purchased after Oct 1. The other trade in, where you trade your old mPower
or classic for an Apex after paying the rest of the price, does not yet have
a time limit.

I'm just catching up on e-mail and came across the notices about the
trade-in program concluding at the end of this year. Is this true? With
shipment only beginning on December 1, am I to understand potential
customers have only a month, and a holiday limited one at that, to maybe

the product demonstrated and make a decision about whether or not the
investment is worth it? I would very much like to hear from a company
representative to address the question and explain their logic if my
understanding is correct.
