Also, it would be helpful if you could details steps that took you to arrive at that point. As for the problem, there is a "hypothetical" workaround - renaming the .zip extension to .bks, and see what happens. If it works on the Apex, then we can at least postulate that there is a workaround to solving this problem with Bookshare. If not, we need to wait for the official word from HW as to why it is so - no support for Bookshare books on the Apex at this time. And, welcome to this list.
