Kristen: Thanks to you and others who have responded to my inquiry. I have downloaded a .zip book from Bookshare and tried to unpack it; it asks for my password but then won't unpack the book, giving me a message that says something like "unable to unpack Bookshare book, error 10." This is using Keysoft 9.0, Build 534, with a brand new BrailleNOte Apex (which I otherwise love so far.) I tried changing the filename, including the .zip extension to .bks, but that didn't work either.
