Hi, For those who are having this problem: Have you tried different storage medium such as faster USB flash drives, SD cards and hard disks to see if there were noticeable speed differences? Generally hard disks are the slowest, followed by USB flash drives and SD. If the backup time is the same across all media types, then it must be the Apex's flash speed (flash is slower than RAM, if I'm right). Cheers, Joseph
