I do not have an Apex, but I have experienced the same problem on both my
old classic unit and on my current MPower, so I do not think that it is Apex
specific.

Has anyone had a difficult time opening an rtf file using an apex. I
don't remember having a problem with my Mpower. But i received an rtf the
other day and i could open it but none of the text was there. When I
opened it on my computer it was fine.
