This RTF file problem sort of rings a bell in my memory but I have been unable to find any old messages about it in my local archive. Maybe Alex, Joseph, or someone else can confirm or correct my memory about the issue. I believe I remember there being a weird issue with some RTF documents and the fix was to load them into word on a regular computer. Then go to the bottom of the document and add a carriage return. Finally, use save to replace the modified document over itself and it should then work properly on our note takers. Am I remembering this correctly or did I confuse it with some other file type issue? Richard Ehrler
