I have accidentally moved mine, and yes, the apex resets itself when the battery latch is moved. Would anything work to help secure her battery latch? I followed advice and things seem to be improving. I also mentioned that it reset itself in my purse. I have been able to pin point the source of this issue. This is caused by the battery. Although it's in its proper place, 1 corner is slightly lifted. And of course it's the side with the connectors. Has anyone experienced this? I am wondering if the issue is with the battery or the Apex. I am hoping it's the battery. In the mean time I have to be careful how I place the Apex down. Thanks for any suggestions.
