If you heard the Keysoft 9.1 presentation, they did mention it.

Had you heard anything in past messages about registration being required? This was news to me. I wonder if they think that we all buy new products from them so often that of course we all knew about this new licensing thing! I'm not meaning to be rude, but it just seems that if something so major is going to be released, and there's going to be such a major change in the way files are obtained to get this product, the customers should be made aware of it. I'm really hoping there's some other explanation than lack of communication to the customers. Maybe the website is having issues because of the number of hits? But it seems that other companies, when releasing something new, are on the lists answering questions and offering
help.

Okay, I'll get off my soapbox for the moment and find something else to do
while I wait and see how this all plays out.

Hi, guys. I tried to log into the license site to get my product key, and I was told that Humanware has to validate my registration, and that I'll receive an e-mail or some such thing. Humph! Maybe I used another e-mail address with them? Guess I'll try it with my other e-mail address and see if it recognizes that. Why don't they just have an automated message be sent to the address with a link to click to reply? I want the upgrade!

Okay, off to check this e-mail address one more time, then I'll try my
other one and see if it recognizes that.
