I ran into this as well, but got my confirmation pretty quickly. I
thought it would be a download, but the license file turned out to be
attached to the email instead. Odd. I would encourage anyone who runs
into this to email support@humanware and complain to them, as this was
an unexpected step that was not mentioned in the instructions and it
was not made clear what was going to happen even on the login site.
