when I log into Humanware I get taken to the Australian site, are you in

I just wrote to support too. Hopefully they'll figure out what the issue
is. It seems like some people could just input the info requested, and
download the key right away. I'm glad there are other people with my
issues, and I'm glad others didn't have any problem. I just wish the
registration thing had been announced. And I'm surprised that some of us
would be told to register, when Humanware has our e-mail addresses.
Oh well, stay tuned for the continuing saga of Where's My Upgrade?

Okay everyone, I have just emailed support asking for clarification
and suggesting that an explanation be put out on the list and the
Newswire. It is night here, so I do not expect a response until
tomorrow, but I will let you all know what I hear when I get

For Peter, I also asked if the upgrade could/should be downloaded by
an Apex over wifi, dsl, or not at all.

This was news to me. I wonder if they think that we all buy new
products
from them so often that of course we all knew about this new
licensing
thing! I'm not meaning to be rude, but it just seems that if
something so
major is going to be released, and there's going to be such a
major change
in the way files are obtained to get this product, the customers
should be
made aware of it. I'm really hoping there's some other
explanation than
lack of communication to the customers. Maybe the website is
having
issues
because of the number of hits? But it seems that other
companies, when
releasing something new, are on the lists answering questions
and offering
help.
Okay, I'll get off my soapbox for the moment and find something
else to do
while I wait and see how this all plays out.
