Okay everyone, I have just emailed support asking for clarification
and suggesting that an explanation be put out on the list and the
Newswire. It is night here, so I do not expect a response until
tomorrow, but I will let you all know what I hear when I get
something.

For Peter, I also asked if the upgrade could/should be downloaded by
an Apex over wifi, dsl, or not at all.
