This is correct. You can also hit space-x in the wordprocessor to turn on "review only" mode. When you exit you will, for some reason, be asked to save, but nothing can happen to the document while this mode is on so I am not sure why you see that prompt. When review is on, the keyboard acts like the book reader in that you do not need to press space with commands since nothing can be edited.
