I have not encountered this problem on my Apex.
Unless someone else has some idea about the issue I would write to Bookshare
support directly about the book.
I know we tend to think the fault is with the machine, but I have had
experiences with Bookshare and Web braille where the problem was actually
with the book itself.
Just a thought.

Hi all,
I'm attempting to download a book from bookshare.org but am
encountering a problem. The book seems to download with no
irregularities, error messages, etc, but instead of appearing as it
should, it comes through as a document with an illegible title ("PK"
followed by a long series of symbols and numbers), which contains about
two pages of gibberish. Has anyone else experienced this problem, and is
there a way to fix it?
Thanks very much in advance for your assistance; I need this book for a
class and will be very appreciative of any responses!
