The only way I have found is to delete that book and download it on a
different machine. You could also try re-downloading the book, after a
reset, and naming it something different from its default name, but I
am not sure if that will work. This only happened to me once, and it
seemed that no amount of deleting and re-downloading gave me a useable
copy.
