Hi, First, what is the type of book you are downloading (brf or DAISY)? Second, to where are you downloading your books (internal Flash, memory card, USB flash drive, etc.)? Third, Have you tried downloading the book after erasing the first one to see if it fixes the problem? Cheers, Joseph
