The other day someone asked if the Apex QWERTY could be used as a braille display with the Apple/Mac products. I looked at the VoiceOver user guide and I am guessing that only the bt models are supported, although the Apex is not listed. (But I know people on this list are using the Apex BT with Apple/Mac products.) I am also guessing you must use a bluetooth connection--that you can't use a USB connection.

Clearly, all models of the Apex are not created equal. QWERTY users are excluded from using their Apex as a braille display with Apple/Mac products. Well, that's a good reason why I shouldn't buy any Apple/Mac products.
