Hi all missed the threads on this update do we have to pay for the upgrade I am in the uk and I get the message cannot find a licensed file for keysoft 9 and anything I do will not move this message from the apex is anything I can do to even get back to keysoft 9.1 I really need the apex from lunchtime on Friday. many thanks for any help.
