If you have an SMA count or have bought your Apex in or after
August of this year, you don't have to pay for it. Here in the
US, it's $129 but I don't know about the price in the UK.

Hi all missed the threads on this update do we have to pay for
the upgrade I am in the uk and I get the message cannot find a
licensed file for keysoft 9 and anything I do will not move this
message from the apex is anything I can do to even get back to
keysoft 9.1 I really need the apex from lunchtime on Friday.
