Assuming this works the same in the UK as in North America:
You'll need a product key which you can get from
license.humanware.com;
to log into that site, you need your serial number and e-mail
address.
You can choose to download the product key for the version you
want, if
the key isn't installed on your BrailleNote.
Then you go to Humanware's main site and the support page, and
download
the Keysoft version you want.
