Hi,
Reinstall KeySoft 9.1 (it should still be up on the HW site).
For 9.2, you'll need your serial number and the email used to
register the serial number.

Hi all missed the threads on this update do we have to pay for
the upgrade I am in the uk and I get the message cannot find a
licensed file for keysoft 9 and anything I do will not move this
message from the apex is anything I can do to even get back to
keysoft 9.1 I really need the apex from lunchtime on Friday.
