Hi Crystal, Welcome to the list. :) Unfortunately, I think that is just something not built into Keymail. I really wish it was because that would be very useful, but it's not possible to click a link in keymail. The only way you can access links through your email is by going to the internet and logging in to your account through there. (I'm a newer user to the BN so I could be wrong or not as informed as others on this list) I've only had my BN since August.
