Hi,
Actually, you can "click" a link in email messages: place the
cursor anywhere within a link and press ENTER with DOTS 2-6 (CTRL
with H on QT) and, if it works, will open web browser with the
address prompt filled with the link address.
Cheers,
Joseph

Thank you for your response. I usually send emails with links in
them to my yahoo email or send it back to me and use my lap top
to check my email. Glad to know it is not something wrong with
my keymail. smile

Hi Crystal,
Welcome to the list. :)
Unfortunately, I think that is just something not built into
Keymail.
I really wish it was because that would be very useful, but it's
not
possible to click a link in keymail.
The only way you can access links through your email is by going
to
the internet and logging in to your account through there.
(I'm a newer user to the BN so I could be wrong or not as
informed as
others on this list) I've only had my BN since August.

Hi guys,
My first official question to the list. smile. Why is it that
when I get an email with a link in the body of the email, I am
not able to access that link? Do you know what I am trying to
ask?
