Thank you for your response. I usually send emails with links in them to my yahoo email or send it back to me and use my lap top to check my email. Glad to know it is not something wrong with my keymail. smile

Unfortunately, I think that is just something not built into Keymail. I really wish it was because that would be very useful, but it's not
possible to click a link in keymail.
The only way you can access links through your email is by going to
the internet and logging in to your account through there.
(I'm a newer user to the BN so I could be wrong or not as informed as
others on this list) I've only had my BN since August.
