As far as I know, Christina, you're not wrong. The only way that
I know of is to go to your email account and find what you're
wanting to click on.

Unfortunately, I think that is just something not built into
Keymail.
I really wish it was because that would be very useful, but it's

possible to click a link in keymail.
The only way you can access links through your email is by going
to
the internet and logging in to your account through there.
(I'm a newer user to the BN so I could be wrong or not as
informed as
others on this list) I've only had my BN since August.
