Hey everyone, I got KeySoft 9.2 a few weeks ago. I downgraded to
9.1 so I could do something, but now I want to upgrade back to
9.2. But when I
push reset, it asks me if I want to install 9.2. I say yes. it
says "please wait." After a few seconds, it says "installation
failed. Please contact your provider." (It was something along
those lines. I don't remember the exact wording.) What do I do
to fix this?
