Did you have keysoft 9.2 on sd card? If not, you may want to put
keysoft on sd card or flash drive. I couldn't complete
installation using usb thumb drive. Or you could download
keysoft 9.2 again from the pc and save it on an sd card. If you
did not install the product key for 9.2, you would want to
instlall product key before 9.2.

Hey everyone, I got KeySoft 9.2 a few weeks ago. I downgraded to
9.1 so I could do something, but now I want to upgrade back to
9.2. But when I
push reset, it asks me if I want to install 9.2. I say yes. it
says "please wait." After a few seconds, it says "installation
failed. Please contact your provider." (It was something along
those lines. I don't remember the exact wording.) What do I do
to fix this?
