Hi,
Sounds like you've tried installing the upgrade from a thumb
drive. Try installing the upgrade from either the Apex's flash
disk or an SD card. And you don't need to install the product
key for 9.2 - you install it the first time you upgrade, but
since you've done it before, you don't need to do it.
