Hi, the page where you got your key for the keysoft update should also have 
your key for the oxford dictionary. I'm not sure about the GPS I have never 
used this myself.

The other option is to contact your local humanware person and ask their 
advice.

I would be interested to know if this is a comman issue with the upgrade or 
if your case is just a once off. Until now I haven't had the time to upgrade 
my Apex but hope to do it very soon and don't want to have issues over my 
dictionary.
