couple things: You need to be very quick when tapping in the zeros and pair button, you are only given about 30 seconds to do this. You are given longer with refreshabraille, don't know why. Second, when initially pairing, it is not necessary to lock/unlock iPhone, the content should automatically appear on the braille display of your apex. However, on subsequent pairings, it will be needed to perform lock/unlock procedure. Hope this clears a few things up along with possible confusion, Josh
