Someone stated on this list that the discount is only five percent. I am
not sure less than 300 dollars is worth quibbling over. Tnat's not much of
a discount when you are looking at 6000 dollars or more after taxes.
I would have liked to see a larger discout, perhaps ten percent or more.

Hi all,
Jerry, let's wait and see what happens. I have heard from a reliable
source that ACB is cutting a deal as we speak. So at least they are
giving equal time. I do think, though that the emphasis shouldn't be
on consumer group affiliation but rather on whether one is purchasing
whatever it is as a consumer or as a client of a rehab agency. This
kind of policy would make sense to me.
<smile> I think, Jonathan, that perhaps the folks at Humanware are
not aware of the emotional baggage which many of us carry around. We
spend our lives fighting The System and fighting to make a place for
ourselves. When organizations which are supposed to be working in our
interests makes a strategic error like this, the reaction is likely to
be more vehement than if we weren't who we are. We're accustomed to
seeing the worst, therefore we do. I guess it's part of the
territory.
