Hi I would be grateful for any help anyone might be able to give as I can't work out what's going on at all. Sometimes, after my Braillenote has been switched off for a while (this has ranged from as little as 30 minutes to as much as 24 hours) it does a complete reset for no readily apparent reason. I switch the Braillenote on and it just beeps and resets itself. Even the clock has to be reset and my spelling dictionary is always lost, which means I have to re-install it. I am running the latest version of Keysoft, and have a compact flash card in the back slot of the Braillenote and a microdrive in the side slot. If anyone can give me any suggestions as to what might be going on here I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance for any help Best wishes Donna Slater
