Hi, Sounds like something is holding the reset button in. If you can't get it out, you may have to send it in for repair.

I am running the latest version of Keysoft, and have a compact flash card in the back slot of the Braillenote and a microdrive in the side slot. If anyone can give me any suggestions as to what might be going on here I would be very grateful.
