I have a student who is getting the following message when she opens up her planner: "The 2004 planner has been corrupted. Salvage what you can and then use the file commands to erase the 2004 planner file." She is able to enter homework assignments into the planner pages for days in 2004 but is not able to set appointments. I have done a simple reset as well as a 4-5-6 reset but she is still getting the message. The student is using version 5.0. Does anyone have any advice? I keep calling tech support and get sent to voice mail. Thank you in advance!
