Donna: I have ordered a very very large shipment of products on the net, I have not gotten any problems. A security alert dialog? Is this what you are talking about? If so, periodically, while loading pages, the BrailleNoote's braille display will go up and down, mine does this, but that does not mean anything. And sometimes the BrailleNote, when it does that, will say "Blank." You should not exit from this happening. If the braille display is showing "please wait. 100% complete", then press space with e, and sometimes it'll bring you to a blank page and returns you to the address bar. Sometimes if you just let it do it's thing, it'll take you to the page you wanted. I admit, downloading and loading webpages can take a long time. If, like you said, you get a security alert dialog box, press space or back space until you get through the controlls. Pressing space with e for exit will get you out of everything you just did. So fill in all the necessary fields and press the "ok button" and this will take you right to where you want. Though I have had my BrailleNote for almost 3 years now, I am emailing and have had not a problem with dialog boxes. You can read the manual or email or call Pulsedata for further help.
