Hi, Keith. Is the slot for the card half the size in width? If the package says it is a cf card reader, you should be fine. There are also readers for sony memory sticks and another smaller memory module I can't remember the name of. The only other type of card is what is called a smart card. It is used in some cameras and is much thinner than a flash card.

I finally purchased a card reader yesterday, and apparently purchased the
wrong one. I have a compact flash memory card (64 mb) that I use with the
BrailleNote. I purchased a PNY Technologies SD USB 2.00 card reader. It
says it works with compact flash cards, but the slot is about half the size
of my card. What type of card should I ahve purchased, or am I overlooking
something here? Thanks for any suggestions, and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!
