Hi. I'm really far behind on my e-mail, thus making this thing
two weeks late. Sorry about that.

Hi all.
1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each
week?
I have ten to fifteen appointments. I also store other notes about things
to do on a given day that aren't time certain.
2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?
I definitely keep the planner files intact. Occasionally, when making out
an invoice for a client, it is necessary to use the planner to find dates
and times for billing purposes.
3. Do you keep planners from previous years?
Yes, definitely I keep them. They contain valuable notes, phone numbers,
and are helpful when filling out income tax forms.
4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the
Planner in future.
The first improvement I want is for dates to be included when printing or
block copying from the planner. I often copy similar items to the
clipboard, for inclusion in a keyword file, but, of course, the dates are
gone.
I surely would like to have the ability to go back thru a six-month period,
creating a list of all my meetings with Joe, or whomever, but now, I get
the notes but not the dates.
Also, make it possible to enter multiple items having the same time.
