Having a vibrating alarm would be most useful for using when in meetings
and other appointments; I'm thinking of a vibrating type alarm similar
to the cell phone option. Having a reminder imitating the one in
outlook would be useful also.

I schedule between 10 and 20 appointments per week.

I keep the appointment information because it helps me with record
keeping.

I have not deleted any years from the planner but I only go back at tthe
beginning of the year to get records from the last month.

I would like to be able to block out a period of time so I don't overlap
appointments.
