Hi Richard,

To delete planners from the previous year, go to the file manager by pressing f 
from the main menu, then d for directory.  Select keyplan as your folder and 
press space with x (read with x) for all file types.  You will then have three 
files, the 2002 through 2004 planners.  Delete as you please! HTH, Laura
