Hi Doug,

Thanks very much for this info, it certainly helps.  I just called my ISP's
tech support and that's more or less what I was told.  The guy also said
that he didn't think their network would work with a PDA, as it uses the
TCP/IP protocol and he didn't think that was supported by PDA's.  I don't
know whether that aplpies to the BrailleNote.

Would it help if I were to install a network here at home?  If so, would I
need a hub or a router?  I know very little about all this so sorry if I'm
not making sense.
